How should I proceed?Attendance is only visible after the teacher inserts the lesson summary in Fénix. Therefore, the student must wait for the lesson summary to be inserted.
I'm a non-teaching and student. How can I see my attendance in Phoenix? In this case, you can consult:
– the attendance to the classes by clicking on the Student portal and then clicking on the left side menu in Attendance;
– all attendance stings (student and non-teaching staff) by clicking on the Personal portal and then clicking on the left side menu under Readings.
I'm an outside teacher. How do I get the card? You should go to the respective School Secretariat to request a service card (not personalized), which must be associated with and activated at the time it is delivered to you, in order to open the doors.
I'm an outside teacher. My card doesn't work. How should I proceed? You should refer to the procedure described in Personal Card Management to verify that the card is associated and active. I am a student and I have the following question about the attendance to classes:

Is the card spent before or after the teacher passes his?
The passage of the card, by the teacher, in the reader outside the room serves only to open the door of the room.

I am a student and I have the following question regarding the attendance to classes:
If we pass the card after the teacher, account delay for us students? Or when the teacher is late and we pass the card before he arrives, counts as presence?
The student must pass the card on the reader inside the room at least once in the period of each class, according to the rule indicated in the following paragraph of this FAQ. If the card is made according to the rule it is counted for assistance.

I'm a teacher. How is my attendance recorded? Should I pass the card on which readers? The attendance reader inside the room is only intended to record the attendance of the students to the classes.
The teacher should only pass his card on the reader outside the room to open the door.
The teacher's attendance is accounted for when the summary is released, that is, if you do not release the summary it is as if it was missing.
Several students with the card assigned and in the active state, complain that when passing the card in the readers inside the rooms see the color red. This can happen sporadically if the system is undergoing intervention and usually stops occurring after a few minutes.
There are student/teacher cards that, when activated, the person's name is not recorded in the Name field on the card.It is correct, as long as when used by students in the interior readers to the rooms show the green light and when used by the teachers in the readers outside the rooms show the yellow or green light.
These are temporary cards or service cards that are not personal and the assignment is temporary.
When the temporary card is replaced by the definitive card (personal card), is it necessary to activate again? No, except in case of an anomaly.
I'm a teacher. I was hired recently because I don't have the definitive personal card yet. How should I proceed with the opening of the doors to teach? You should go to the CGD agency to order the card. Until the definitive personal card is issued, CGD offers a provisional card. If it is not possible to obtain this provisional card from CGD, the teacher should go to the URH to request a provisional card that will have to return when receiving the definitive.
Whether you have the provisional card or have the definitive card, it must be activated in order to open the doors of the rooms.
I'm a student. I went to class but since I forgot my card, I couldn't automatically register attendance for classes. How should I proceed? You can ask the teacher to confirm their presence in the class.

I'm a teacher. After inserting a summary in Phoenix, having had several students attending the class who passed their card in the attendance reader, I came across the fact that Phoenix did not detect any assistance. What am I supposed to do?The teacher should verify that he/she indicated the correct room in the summary, since the system automatically searches for students who are enrolled in the UC and who have passed the card in the room indicated in the period from 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the class and up to 10 minutes before the end of the class.
If the room has been incorrectly indicated, the teacher must edit the summary and correct it. The assistance will be updated automatically.
