Student Attendance

1. Access iscte’s academic management platform in https://fenix.iscte-iul.pt
2. Select the “Login Page” tab.
3. Authenticate using Iscte account credentials (e.g. xxnes@iscte-iul.pt and password).
4. Go to the “Student” tab.
5. Select the “Attendance” option from the left side menu.
6. In the “Student Attendance” window you can perform the following operations:

• Select the enrollment in the course for which you want to consult the attendance.
  • By default is presented the last active enrollment of the student.
• Select the desired execution period.
  • If the student has active enrollment, the default system displays the current school period.
• Consult the list of curricular units for which the student has enrollment in the course and in the selected period.
  • For each curricular unit, the number of presences marked in the system is presented. 
  • The student also has the possibility to select the curricular units in which he is enrolled to consult the detailed information of the presences.
• View attendance records by date for all curricular units.

To view the detailed information of the student’s attendance in a particular curricular unit, follow the following steps:

1. Access iscte’s academic management platform in https://fenix.iscte-iul.pt
2. Select the “Login Page” tab.
3. Authenticate using Iscte account credentials (e.g. xxnes@iscte-iul.pt and password).
4. Go to the “Student” tab.
5. Select the “Attendance” option from the left side menu.
6. In the “Student Attendance” window, select the link with the number of attendances in the line of this curricular unit.
