I am unable to submit a course application

Scope: Applicant for a course at Iscte.
The applicant is not a member of the Iscte community, i.e. not an Iscte student or employee.
I get the message “At the moment the submission of the application is not possible due to technical reasons. You already have all the data filled in, please try again later.“
The applicant should contact the school secretariat of the course he/she has applied for.
