- in the left side menu, in the Person section, click Search;
- on the page displayed to Search for people, indicate at least one search criteria, and click the Search button;

Personal data
In this section of the page, the following user data is shown:
- Name
- Username
- Type of ID
- Identification document number
Active card
In this section of the page, if you have an active card, you will be shown the information for that card.
If there is no active card for the user, the information Without active card will be shown.
Force update on single card system
This feature, represented by button with the text “Foration update on the single card system“, is not yet working, so the data entered or changed in Fénix is only reflected in the card management system the next day. In the future it will allow you to update the single card system with the user and active card data after approximately 5 minutes. If this does not happen, there will be a new activation during the night.
If there is no active card for the user, the Forcation update button on the single card system will not be shown.
Personal and service cards by returning
In this section of the page, if there are cards associated with the user (active and/or not active), the information for those cards is shown.
If there is no card associated with the user, the information will be shown No personal and service cards to be returned.
Activate card
This feature is represented by the Enable Card link and is shown on the lines corresponding to the cards associated with the user that are disabled.
There can only be one active card at any given time, so activating a card will automatically disable another card that is in the active state.
Disable card
This feature is represented by the Disable Card link and is shown on the line corresponding to the card associated with the user who is activated.
Card assignment history
In this section of the page, if there are cards associated with the user, the history of the procedures performed on those cards will be shown. If there is no card associated with the user, this information section will not be shown.
