New platform iHelp platform

The new platform of the https://iajuda.iscte-iul.pt.This platform aims to manage the computer services provided to the community.It will be possible to make service requests, report incidents, know in real time what your status and at the end evaluate the quality of the service provided. 

In relation to the previous platform there are some differences that we would like to point out:

  • it is no longer possible to place requests for the iajuda@iscte-iul.pt;
  • there is a maximum response time (SLA) set for each request/incident;
  • it is possible to follow up the requests more easily.

The new https://iajuda.iscte-iul.pt platform went live today. This platform aims to manage the IT services provided to the community. In this app you can make service requests, report incidents, know what their status is in real time and, in the end, evaluate the quality of the service provided.

  • there is an SLA (maximum response time) defined for each request/incident;
  • it is possible to track requests more easily.
