In relation to the previous platform there are some differences:
- it is no longer possible to place orders through the postal iajuda@iscte-iul.pt;
- there is a maximum response time set for each service request/incident;
- it is possible to follow up the requests more easily.
Cybersecurity Team

The cybersecurity team provides support and guidance to protect the Iscte Academic Community from cyber risks and develops its action in 4 axes:
- Raise awareness
- Monitor and respond to incidents
- Design, evaluate, and recommend appropriate controls for information, applications, and systems
- Plan and implement continuous management tools for cybersecurity technologies

New Printing and Scanning System

The use of the new printing system presupposes the installation of a driver. Authentication is done using the Iscte card, i.e. the card registered in Fénix and used for opening doors and registering attendance.
It exists in all self-service spots scattered throughout the campus, a monochrome printer and a color multifunction. Both allow you to staple the work.
