The Computer and Communications Infrastructure Services provide a single point of contact online at iajuda.covid19@iscte-iul.pt.

Telephone

The telephone service works from Monday to Friday on the following lines and schedules:

  • Telephone answering service: (+351) 210 464 010 | ext. 291000 | 09:00-18:00
  • Support for evaluations: (+351) 210 464 450 | 09:00-18:00
  • Support for common spaces: (+351) 911 749 573 | 09:00-18:00

In person

The face-to-face service works from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00, in room C7.04 (Building II, body C, floor 7). It is done by appointment, at least 24 hours in advance, by sending an electronic message to iajuda.covid19@iscte-iul.pt.
