Service site

FileSender FCCN is a secure way to share large files with anyone. Login to upload your files or invite people to send you a file. If you have received an invitation to access this site as a guest then the email will contain the information you will need to access this site and upload files.

 

    1. Go to the service page in https://filesender.fccn.pt/ 
    2. Click “Login“.
    3. Search and choose the “Iscte“.
    4.  Authenticate using Iscte account credentials (e.g. xxnes@iscte-iul.pt and the password).

 

    • Maximum number of email recipients: 100 (email addresses should be separated by point and comma).
    • Time available to download the file: maximum 30 days (after this date the files are deleted and no security copy is made).
    • Number of files to send: 1 (you can compress multiple files into a single type 7zip, zip, rar, and others).
    • Maximum file upload size: 100 GB.

 

Uploading to Filesender is to upload a file and send a notification via email to the recipient. This notification contains a link so that the recipient can download the file.

    1. Access Filesender at https://videoconf-colibri.zoom.us/.
    2. Authenticate using your Iscte account credentials (e.g., xxnes@iscte-iul.pt and its password).
    3. Drag or select the file(s).
    4. On first use, accept the terms of use.
    5. Insert the recipient(s) e-mail address, the subject (optional) and a message (optional).
    6. Click on the “Send” button.
