Requests for equipment reservation are made through the SIIC Services Portal: iAjuda

  1. Access iAjuda at https://iajuda.iscte-iul.pt/
  2. Authenticate using the iscte account credentials (e.g., xxnes@iscte-iul.pt and password).
  3. Click “New Request“.
  4. Select the “Equipment” category.
  5. Choose the sub-category “Loan”.
  6. Click “New Request“.
  7. Fill out the questionnaire and click “Ok“.
