R&D Workstations

      • The workstation of researchers, research assistants and PhD students of Iscte_Knowledge and Innovation (located in Building 4 of Iscte) is a dynamic workstation, and should be booked online according to each person’s needs via the Clearooms app (example video below).
      • Each workstation is equipped with a desk, two screens and a Thunderbolt cable to connect to a Thunderbolt port on a laptop (similar format to USB-C port); alternatively, each person can bring their own HDMI cable, which allows connecting the laptop to just one of the screens. In case of any doubt about how the Clearooms app works, or in case the person can’t get past the main page of the app, they should contact their Research Unit.
      • When the booking period is over, the person must collect their belongings and leave the desk empty and clean. Between bookings, it is not permitted to leave belongings in the cabinets and common areas of the rooms. If they wish, each person can request a locker to store their belongings via an online form.       • Access to all rooms is exclusively through the Iscte card, which must be active in both Fénix and the door opening system of Building 4. If the card does not open the door to the respective room at the booking start time, the person should go to the Iscte Knowledge and Innovation Central Services room (Building 4, floor 0, room A008) or send an email to espacos.cvtt@iscte-iul.pt.
      • Please close doors when entering and leaving the room to ensure the safety of everyone and their belongings.
