The SIIC (Serviços de Infraestruturas Informáticas e de Comunicações – It and Communications Infrastructure Services) have the mission of designing, implementing, maintaining and optimizing technological and communications infrastructures, information systems and IT applications, promoting and providing advanced services in the areas of technologies and information and communication systems, creating the conditions for the continuous improvement of the quality of teaching, learning and research, in alignment with iscte’s activities and strategy.

SIIC is organized into three units:

• • Unidade de Apoio Informático (UAI) – IT Support Unit
    • Núcleo de Apoio aos Espaços Comuns (NAEC) – Classrooms and other common spaces support
  • Unidade de Redes e Segurança (URS) – Network and Security Unit
  • Unidade de Sistemas e Integrações (USI) – Systems and Integrations Unit
