Iscte IT Helpdesk

It and Communications Infrastructure Services (SIIC) provide various channels of support to Iscte users.

Online: The iAjuda is the SIIC + GDSI service desk and is accessible in https://iajuda.iscte-iul.pt/. Authentication is done with the Credentials of the Iscte account (e.g. xxnes@iscte-iul.pt and their password).

Telephone: The telephone service is available on weekdays (Mon-Frid | 09:00-18:00)
